Fruit Mince Pies with PHILLY Pastry
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain flour
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
- 125g chilled butter, chopped
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Light Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 410g jar fruit mince
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
- Finely grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten, for glazing
- Icing sugar, extra, for sprinkling
