Make your summer BBQ even better with freshly cooked cheesy corn with fresh herbs.
Cheesy Herbed Corn
Ingredients
8 corn cobs, husks and silks removed
125g butter, softened
1/2 cup BEGA parmesan
2 teaspoons finely chopped parsley
2 teaspoons finely chopped rosemary
Method
Wrap each corn cob in a double thickness of foil. Barbeque over a medium heat, covered for 20-25 minutes
Combine the butter, cheese, parsley and rosemary. Open the foil packages and spoon over cheese mixture. Serve immediately
