Espresso and Vanilla PHILLY
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup espresso coffee
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split
- 250g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon gelatine, dissolved in 1 tablespoon boiling water and cooled
- Biscotti, for serving
