Lamb Stir-Fry with Capsicum, Onions & Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoons (20mL) vegetable oil
- 450g lamb stir fry strips
- 1 large red onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 yellow capsicum, seeded and sliced
- 4 Spring (green) onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons fresh chilli, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125mL) salt reduced chicken stock
- 1/4 cup (60mL) Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- Steamed rice, or soba noodles, to serve
