Serve this recipe as the perfect healthy dinner idea for summer. Make this easy orange spinach salad recipe for picnics or barbecues.
Ingredients
100 g baby spinach leaves
1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
2 oranges, peeled and segmented
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup ZOOSH Sweet'N Sunny Orange & Honey with Seeded Mustard
100 g feta, crumbled
1 1/2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
Method
Combine spinach, cos lettuce, oranges and onion in a serving bowl
Toss through the dressing, then sprinkle with feta and pine nuts. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints
Use pink grapefruit if desired, in place of oranges.
