1 large iceberg lettuce, cored rinsed, drained and cut into 6 wedges
2 Avocadoes, cut into thick wedges

Method
Individually skewer each prawn cutlet along the length of a skewer. Spray with oil. Char grill prawn skewers until cooked as desired
Arrange the lettuce and avocado on serving plates and top each plate with 5 prawn skewers. Drizzle with dressing and serve with chives and limes. Serve immediately
Tips & Hints
Soak bamboo skewers for at least 30 minutes in water before threading with prawns. This will prevent them from burning during cooking.
