Pina Colada

Ingredients

60ml golden rum
60ml coconut cream
120ml pineapple juice
2 or 3 ice cubes
Pineapple stick
Maraschino cherry

Method

Combine rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously-or whizz briefly in an electric blender
Put ice cubes in a highball glass, add your drink and garnish with pineapple and cherry

Tips & Hints

Serve in a tall glass
