- 1/2 teaspoon coriander

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Block Cream Cheese, broken into 2cm pieces
- Olive oil spray
- 3 teaspoons oil, extra
- 1/4 cup pistachios or slivered almonds
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 3 cups boiling chicken stock
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup currants
- Finely grated rind of 1 small orange
