Family Favourite Hamburgers
Ingredients
Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise
500g lean mince
1 egg
1 teaspoon beef stock powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 hamburger buns, halved
Oak lettuce leaves
Tomato, sliced
Red cabbage, shredded
Method
Combine mince and egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Divide into 4 equal portions. Shape portions into 10cm-wide patties
Cook patties in a non-stick frying pan for 4 minutes each side or until cooked through
Toast buns. Top bottom halves with lettuce, meat patty, tomato and red cabbage. Top with a dollop of Birch & Waite Aioli Garlic Mayonnaise and remaining bun halves
