- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1 bunch flat leaf parsley, torn
- 2 tablespoons reduced fat feta, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts, raw or toasted
- Wholegrain bread, for serving
- Pepper to taste
