Ingredients
- 4 barramundi fillets, boned & skinned
- 2 tsp Gourmet Garden Dill
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
- 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch broccolini
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 125g butter beans
- 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to season
- Lime or lemon wedges to serve
