Ginger Goddess

Ingredients

  • 1 x litre pre brewed Ginger Snap tea (4 teaspoons of tea left to brew in 1 litre cold water overnight)
  • Pulp from 1 fresh passionfruit
  • 4 x slices fresh ginger (peeled)
  • 4 x tablespoons agave syrup (light syrup)
  • 4 x small wedges fresh lemon
  • 1 x cup of ice


Method

  1. Line shaker with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  2. Muddle together 1 slice of ginger, 1/4 of the passionfruit pulp and one small lemon wedge
  3. Add 250mls iced Ginger Snap
  4. Shake with 1/4 of the ice then strain into a glass to enjoy

  1. Make these delicious drinks one at a time in a cocktail shaker
