Ginger Goddess
Ingredients
1 x litre pre brewed Ginger Snap tea (4 teaspoons of tea left to brew in 1 litre cold water overnight)
Pulp from 1 fresh passionfruit
4 x slices fresh ginger (peeled)
4 x tablespoons agave syrup (light syrup)
4 x small wedges fresh lemon
1 x cup of ice
Method
Line shaker with 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
Muddle together 1 slice of ginger, 1/4 of the passionfruit pulp and one small lemon wedge
Add 250mls iced Ginger Snap
Shake with 1/4 of the ice then strain into a glass to enjoy
