A quick and easy dip that can be prepared in minutes.

Guacamole

Ingredients

2 avocados
1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic
2 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander
2 tsp Gourmet Garden Chilli (available in Hot or Mild)
2 tbsp of lemon juice

Method

Mash avocados with a fork
Add Gourmet Garden Garlic, Coriander and 1 or more teaspoons Gourmet Garden Chilli
Add lemon juice and stir
Serve with corn chips, crackers, carrot or celery sticks
