Ingredients
1 1/2 cups almonds
4 cups water
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Method
Combine ingredients in your Vitamix container and secure the lid Select variable 1
Turn the machine on and quickly increase speed to variable 10 and then to high
Blend for 1 minute
You can choose to serve as is or strain the pulp for smoother milk
