We used white wonton wrappers which give the best result, but yellow wontons also work well. These crackers take little effort and look sensational next to a cheese platter!
Arrange wonton wrappers on lightly buttered baking trays. Brush the top side of each wonton with butter and then sprinkle with pepper
Bake at 180°C for 4-6 minutes or until crisp. Cool on a wire rack before storing in an airtight container until required
