Lou's Creamy Vegetable Bake
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 250ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream for Cooking
- 1 cup milk
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 125g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 orange sweet potato (kumera), peeled and cut into 2mm thick slices
- 1 celeriac, trimmed and cut into 2mm thick slices
- 3 parsnips, peeled and cut into 2mm thick slices
- 1 potato, peeled and cut into 2mm thick slices
