Cherry Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 300g pitted cherries, fresh or frozen
  • 250g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 6 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
  • Cream or custard, for serving


Method

  1. SCATTER the cherries over the base of a greased 20cm pie plate. Combine the remaining ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth and combined
  2. POUR over the cherries and bake in a moderately hot oven 190°C for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden. Dust with icing sugar
  3. SERVE warm or at room temperature with cream or custard
