- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- Finely grated rind 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 440g can pineapple pieces in juice, well drained
- Pulp of 2 passionfruit
- 1/4 cup flaked almonds
