Heat half the oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and saute onions until tender, then transfer to slow cooker. Combine flour and cumin and coat lamb chops
HEAT remaining oil in the frying pan and cook the chops over a high heat for 2 minutes each side, until browned, then transfer to slow cooker
ADD the tomatoes, VEGEMITE and potatoes to the slow cooker, cover and cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW for 6-8 hrs
SKIM fat from sauce then serve alongside zucchini and squash, sprinkled with parsley
