White Chocolate Christmas Speckles
Ingredients
250g CADBURY White Chocolate Melts
Christmas themed sprinkles or 100's & 1000's, for decorating
Method
MELT half the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Remove from heat, add the remaining chocolate and stir until smooth
SPOON 1/4 cup amounts onto a baking paper lined tray to form 4 x 12 cm circles. Decorate with sprinkles and set aside to cool and firm. Store in an airtight container until required
