Chicken with Basil and Chilli
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 chicken breasts, halved then thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1 tablespoon Lightly Dried Ginger
- 3 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
- 3 limes, juiced
- 180 grams snow peas
- 1/2 small red capsicum, sliced and cut into 1 cm strips
- 1 teaspoon Lightly Dried Chilli
- 1 handful Thai basil
- Black pepper, to taste
