Creamy Malabar Chicken Curry
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil or butter
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 650g-750 grams chicken breast or thigh, very finely sliced
- 1 teaspoon Lightly Dried Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Stir-In Paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Lightly Dried Chilli
- 1 teaspoon Lightly Dried Coriander
- 400 grams can chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 3 cloves, whole
- 125 millilitres coconut milk or plain yoghurt
- 1 handful fresh curry leaves, or use a tablespoon dried
- 1 pinch Lightly Dried Coriander
