Add a twist of Hollandaise to create a fancy, tasty breakfast.
Ingredients
Birch & Waite Hollandaise Sauce
4 slices of your favourite bread
3 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Salt / pepper
Butter
Tomatoes
Method
Whisk eggs, milk and seasoning in a bowl until combined. Transfer mixture to a flat, shallow container so the bread can be easily dipped
Preheat fry pan
Dip bread for 30 seconds, turn over and dip remaining side for another 30 seconds
Add a little butter to pan before adding bread. Fry until golden, turn cook remaining side
Serve with pan fried tomatoes and a dipping tub of warmed hollandaise. Hollandaise Sauce can be warmed in the microwave oven - just 10 or 20 seconds for a small portion
