OOH so gooey... these delicious little Cadbury Dairy Milk Fruit and Nut puddings are delicious to share at a special dinner!
Cadbury Chocolate Fruit & Nut Fondant Puddings
Ingredients
220g CADBURY DAIRY MILK Fruit & Nut
150g butter, chopped
3 eggs
1/4 cup caster sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon CADBURY BOURNVILLE Cocoa
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice
Method
SET aside 12 squares of chocolate and halve. Roughly chop remaining chocolate and melt gently with the butter in a bowl over simmering water, stirring occasionally until smooth
REMOVE from the heat and cool slightly
BEAT the eggs and sugar together with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Fold in the chocolate mixture, then the sifted flour, cocoa and spice
SPOON 2/3 of mixture into 6 greased and cocoa dusted, base-lined 1/2 cup ramekins. Top each with the halved chocolate then spoon over remaining mixture
PLACE on a tray and bake in a hot oven 200°C for 10-12 minutes or until cooked as desired. Turn out and serve immediately

Makes: 6
The cooking time will vary with different ovens and ramekin sizes; you may test one (and stand the others on the bench in the meantime) to check the result.
