Use up your left-over roast chicken in this delicious sandwich - makes for both a great afternoon snack or weekend lunch!
Ingredients
Turkish bread, cut in half crossways
Tablelands Smart Spread
Sliced cheese
Baby spinach
Roasted red capsicum
BBQ chicken
Method
Spread Tablelands Smart Spread onto the tops of Turkish bread, toast under the grill
Lay cheese onto opposite side of the bread and grill until melted. Top with Spinach, capsicum and BBQ chicken
