Kaity and Sam's Choc Fudge Pots
Ingredients
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Method
Mix together flour, sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Add oil, water, vanilla and salt and mix well
Spoon into 2 small espresso cups (approx. 100ml) and place around the edges of the turntable
Select 80% power and dial up 1.30 minutes. Press START button
Remove and serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
