Oat & Quinoa Porridge with Berries
Ingredients
50g quinoa flakes
150g rolled oats (oatmeal)
4 tablespoons brown sugar
50-100ml whole milk, to taste
100g blueberries or raspberries
Toasted almonds and yoghurt to serve
Method
Place quinoa flakes and rolled oats in large pyrex bowl. Add 1l cold water and place, uncovered, in the microwave
Select SMART COOK OATMEAL setting and turn the AMOUNT dial to 200g. Press START button
Halfway through the cook program, the microwave will beep and flash STIR/TURN FOOD. Pause; stir porridge and press START button to finish cooking
