Dark Chocolate and Honeycomb Waffle
Ingredients
- 200g dark bittersweet 70% chocolate, chopped
- 100g unsalted butter, diced
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups plain flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150g chocolate honeycomb, cut into large 3cm chunks, plus extra for garnish
- Serve with vanilla and chocolate ice cream
