- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 200g unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups self-raising flour
- Cup raw sugar
- Butterscotch sauce
- 100g butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 300ml cream
- Vanilla ice cream or cream to serve
