Three Cheese Souffle Waffle
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, separated
- 3 cups milk
- 125g butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese, plus 1 cup of 1cm diced mozzarella
- 2 1/2 cups plain flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bi-carb soda
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 cup finely chopped chives
- Serve with crispy bacon and baby rocket
