Make an easy Vegan smoothie for breakfast. This recipe from Vitasoy includes a great Espresso coffee hit.
Ingredients
30ml cooled espresso coffee
200ml Vitasoy Soy & Almond Milk
1 large frozen banana
1/2 tablespoon cocoa or cacao
2 tablespoons rolled oats
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Dash vanilla extract
Method
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
Drink immediately and enjoy!
Tips & Hints
Use 30ml of freshly brewed espresso or use instant coffee if desired. Any plant milk in the Vitasoy range can be substituted (except the flavoured options).
