Make an easy Vegan smoothie for breakfast. This recipe from Vitasoy includes a great Espresso coffee hit.

Ingredients

  • 30ml cooled espresso coffee
  • 200ml Vitasoy Soy & Almond Milk
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa or cacao
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Dash vanilla extract


Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy
  2. Drink immediately and enjoy!


Tips & Hints

  1. Use 30ml of freshly brewed espresso or use instant coffee if desired. Any plant milk in the Vitasoy range can be substituted (except the flavoured options).
