Ingredients

2 thick slices good quality bread
2 heaped tablespoons SACLA Classic Pesto
50g Cheddar, roughly grated
Salt & freshly ground black pepper

Method

Place the slices of bread on a baking tray and lightly grill on one side
Turn bread over, spread generously with Pesto, and scatter over the grated cheese. Return to griller and cook until cheese has melted
Season and serve immediately for a deliciously speedy snack
