Quick weeknight stir-fry dinner recipe made with garlic and chicken using Birch & Waite. Use up leftover broccoli and snow peas in this easy dinner recipe.
Sesame and Garlic
Ingredients
500g chicken
1 head broccoli (200g), cut into flowerets
1 red capsicum (200g), sliced
100g snow peas, trimmed & halved
250g Birch & Waite Sesame & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce
Method
Stir-fry chicken in 1 tablespoon of oil. Remove from pan, set aside.
Add a little extra oil, stir-fry broccoli, capsicum and snow peas until they are cooked through.
Return cooked chicken to pan. Add contents of the Birch & Waite Stir Fry Sauce, cook and stir for 1 minute.
