A tasty combination of vegetables, beef and noodles for an easy family meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar Birch & Waite Stir Fry Sesame & Garlic Sauce
  • 450g Hokkien noodles
  • 500g beef steak, sliced
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 100g snow peas, trimmed and halved
  • 100g Shitake mushrooms, sliced


Method

  1. Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain
  2. Stir fry meat in a little oil until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
  3. Stir fry vegetables for 2-3 minute in a hot pan with a little oil
  4. Combine meat, vegetables, drained noodles and Birch & Waite Stir Fry Sesame & Garlic Sauce in the pan. Heat through and serve
