Sesame and Garlic Beef with Shitake Mushrooms and Noodles

A tasty combination of vegetables, beef and noodles for an easy family meal.
Ingredients
1 jar Birch & Waite Stir Fry Sesame & Garlic Sauce
450g Hokkien noodles
500g beef steak, sliced
Vegetable oil
1 red capsicum, sliced
1 head broccoli, cut into florets
100g snow peas, trimmed and halved
100g Shitake mushrooms, sliced
Method
Place the noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Set aside for 5 minutes or until tender. Drain
Stir fry meat in a little oil until just cooked. Remove from pan and set aside
Stir fry vegetables for 2-3 minute in a hot pan with a little oil
Combine meat, vegetables, drained noodles and Birch & Waite Stir Fry Sesame & Garlic Sauce in the pan. Heat through and serve
