The Perfect Present

Ingredients

30ml Tanqueray Gin
Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
4 cherries de-stoned-fresh, frozen or from a jar or tin
4 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
Ice

Method

Gently crush cherries & basil leaves together in a short glass with a wooden spoon
Add ice and gin, then stir before topping with tonic water
Garnish with basil leaves
