A delicious, easy and incredibly quick vegan yoghurt recipe that can be made in 5 minutes!

Vegan Berry Yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 300g soft silken tofu
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Soy Milky Lite, as needed


Method

  1. Add silken tofu, 1 1/2 cups of the frozen berries and the maple syrup into the bowl of a food processor or blender. Process until smooth and creamy
  2. Drizzle in the Soy Milky Lite until a thick mousse consistency is achieved
  3. Pour into a serving dishes and add in the last 1/2 cup of berries on top. Serve immediately


Tips & Hints

  1. Silken tofu can be found in your local supermarket and is the softest tofu, with a custard-like consistency. Choose a plain-flavoured silken tofu.
