Summer parties and easy lunchtime meals, these tostadas are a win for everyone.
Ingredients
4 wholegrain wraps
4 heaped tbls pizza sauce
180g cherry bocconcini, torn in half
150g semi-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
200g Don English Premium Smokehouse Ham, cut into wide strips
1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
Pinch of chili flakes
Olive oil to drizzle
Handful of fresh basil leaves
Method
Place the wraps on a baking paper lined tray. Spread the sauce evenly on the wraps. Top each with bocconcini, ham, thyme and chili flakes
Drizzle each wrap with olive oil and place tray under a low grill for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Top tostadas with a sprinkle of fresh basil leaves
