Chop up the spring onion, brown onion and red capsicum into 1cm pieces
In a non-stick pan, add the veggies and cook for a few minutes over a med-hot heat until starting to soften and brown
Add the beef mince and stir to break up, continue to stir fry for 5 minutes, then add the Tamari sauce and add the baby spinach on top. Allow the spinach to start wilting and then stir it through
Remove from the heat and drizzle the sesame oil over top. Serve as is or with some asian greens or broccolini on the side
