Easy Asian Noodles

Ingredients
450g Hokkien noodle
2 bunches of bok choy, quartered lengthways
1 red capsicum, julienned
1 carrot, julienned
1 packet of baby corn, halved lengthways
Coriander leaves
Roasted sesame seeds
Method
Wash the noodles with cold water to gently break apart and loosen the strands
Place all the vegetables on the perforated tray (sitting over the solid tray). Spread the noodles on top of the vegetables
Place the tray in the steam oven (100°C) and steam for 12 minutes
After steaming, place the noodles into a serving bowl then add the vegetables
Pour the sauce over and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves and sesame seeds
Sauce
Ingredients
2 1/2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method
While noodles and vegetables are cooking, place all the ingredients for sauce into a bowl and set aside
