Makes:
8 egg bites
An easy recipe, which can be adapted for vegetarians
Ingredients
8 eggs
Spinach/silverbeet
Bacon- middle rashes
Feta- crumbled
Tomato relish
Salt and pepper
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Place paper muffin cases into a muffin tray
Add either I portion of bacon or spinach to each
Then add either tomato relish or feta (feta is best with the spinach)
Crack an egg into a cup and pour gently into the muffin case
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until egg is cooked
