Carrot Dip with Oven Baked Pita Chips

Ingredients
3 carrots (400g), peeled and chopped
125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoons cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 large pita breads, sliced into wedges
Olive oil spray
Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Method
BOIL, microwave or steam carrots until tender. Place carrots in a food processor and process until smooth.
Add PHILLY, Parmesan, milk, garlic, cumin and seasonings and process until well combined. Chill
PLACE pita bread on a large baking tray and spray with oil. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C for 5-10 minutes or until golden and crisp
SPOON the dip into a serving bowl, sprinkle with chives. Serve with oven baked pita chips
