To ice 12 muffins or cupcakes

Ingredients

180g PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup icing sugar mixture, sifted
150g milk chocolate, melted and cooled

Method

COMBINE the PHILLY, peanut butter and sugar and stir until smooth. Gently fold through the melted chocolate. Use as required

Tips & Hints

NB DO NOT beat or over mix
