COMBINE PHILLY, milk, garlic, thyme and seasonings
ARRANGE half the potatoes in greased 1 1/2 - 2 litres shallow baking dish
POUR over half the PHILLY mixture and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes, PHILLY and cheese. Cover with foil and bake in a moderate oven 180°C for 1 hour
REMOVE the foil and cook for a further 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. Serve immediately
