BBQ Lamb and Spinach Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lamb sirloins or 8 lamb rump steaks
- Olive oil spray
- 1 cup Indian Tomato Butter Sauce (see main recipe below)
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- Lemon wedges and minted yoghurt, to serve

Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 1 tbs vegetable oil
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2cm piece ginger, peeled, finely grated
- 2 x 400g cans Ardmona Thick and Rich Onion and Garlic Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (or to taste)
- 1/3 cup almond meal
- 3/4 cup thickened cream
