Try this refreshing smoothie for a morning or afternoon snack. Yum!
Ingredients
1 cup chilled Vitasoy Original Almond milk
1 small or 1/2 large ripe mango, peeled and flesh chopped
1 small ripe banana, peeled
1/2 teaspoon matcha powder
Handful of ice-cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth and serve.
Tips & Hints
Matcha green tea powder can be purchased from the supermarket or health food stores.
