Enjoy this refreshing berry and mint smoothie made with Vitasoy Almond Milk in the morning as fast and fresh way to start your day.
Ingredients
1 cup chilled Vitasoy Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup coconut or dairy free yoghurt
1/4 cup mint leaves
Handful of ice-cubes
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth and serve immediately
