Ingredients

Glass: Highball
Half a ripe pear (sliced)
2 slices of ginger
Dash of bitters
Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale

Method

Add pear, ginger and bitters into a highball glass, muddle
Add ice, stir and top with Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
Garnish with pear slices
