Method
Preheat oven to 180°C. Combine mince, onion, carrot, sauces, mustard, cheese and egg in a large bowl with clean hands. Season with salt and pepper
Spoon mixture evenly into 12 x 1/2 cup capacity non-stick muffin pans and press down into tins. Top each muffin with a dollop of extra tomato sauce and sprinkle with extra mozzarella cheese
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and cheese is melted and browned. Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving with salad or steamed vegetables
Tips & Hints
Make BBQ chicken burgers by substituting chicken mince for the beef mince and dolloping with bbq sauce instead of tomato sauce. Place Mini Cheeseburgers between two slices of fresh bread for a delicious and filling sandwich idea.
