Ingredients

30ml Smirnoff Vodka
Schweppes Soda Water
6 raspberries, plus extra for garnish
6 mint leaves
Ice

Method

Crush raspberries & mint leaves together in a tall glass
Stir in vodka and ice until combined
Top with soda water and garnish with extra raspberries (1 standard drink per serve)
