Make a healthy & delicious quinoa porridge for a perfect family breakfast or lunch. Add The Good Nut Smooth Natural Peanut Butter to enrich the porridge flavour.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 2 tablespoons The Good Nut Natural Peanut Butter Smooth
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla or natural yoghurt, for serving, optional
  • Pomegranate, for serving, optional
  • Grapes, for serving, optional


Method

  1. COMBINE the water, quinoa, peanut butter and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook gently, stirring, for 3-5 minutes or until thickened and creamy.
  2. Top with yoghurt and fruit. Serve immediately.
