Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup quinoa flakes
2 tablespoons The Good Nut Natural Peanut Butter Smooth
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Vanilla or natural yoghurt, for serving, optional

Grapes, for serving, optional
Method
COMBINE the water, quinoa, peanut butter and cinnamon in a saucepan and cook gently, stirring, for 3-5 minutes or until thickened and creamy.
